Your files stay yours.
You handle unfiled inventions, freedom-to-operate analyses, trade secrets. Confidentiality isn't a feature of IPZilla — it's the foundation. Here, plainly, is what we guarantee.
Zero AI training
Your data never trains any model. Ever. Your invention never feeds a system that could help a competitor. It's a contractual commitment, not a marketing line.
The secret never leaves
Landscape and FTO run on public patent data. You have nothing confidential to upload to get a full landscape — your client's file stays with you.
You stay in control
Full deletion on demand (GDPR art. 17), export your data whenever you want. It belongs to you, and you leave with it.
Encrypted, isolated, logged
Encryption in transit and at rest, strict per-tenant isolation, access logs. Confidential inputs are processed ephemerally, not archived.
Where does your data live?
The real question isn't "on my laptop?" but "under my control?". We have an answer for every requirement.
Standard — Founder / Scale
Encrypted Google Cloud infrastructure, GDPR-compliant (standard contractual clauses for transfers). No durable retention of your confidential inputs. DPA available.
Enterprise — dedicated instance
Single-tenant deployment in your own cloud environment, EU residency. Your data never leaves your perimeter. For firms and departments that require it contractually.
Your questions, straight answers
- Does my data train your AI?
- No. Ever. None of your inputs are used to train or improve any model.
- Do I have to upload my client's invention?
- No for landscape and FTO — they rely on public patent data. For AI-assisted drafting, processing is ephemeral and deletable at any time.
- Can you read my files?
- Minimal, encrypted, logged access strictly limited to delivering the service. No commercial use, no sharing.
- Where is the data hosted?
- On Google Cloud, encrypted, under GDPR with SCC for transfers. Dedicated EU residency available on Enterprise.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You export your data, then we delete it entirely (GDPR art. 17). A proof of erasure is kept, with no identifying data.
- Do you sign an NDA / DPA?
- Yes. Confidentiality agreement and data processing agreement (DPA) available on request, before any commitment.
A specific security requirement?
Audit, ISO, dedicated hosting, specific clauses: talk to a human, not a form.
