Several senior CPIs already run the platform white-label for their clients.

The Claim optimization publishes interpretations in a sanitised form on Founder and Scale. Enterprise customers receive the full internal traces — the Every defensible reading per claim along with the confidence-weighted claim breakdowns, plus the un-redacted analysis used by our strategists. Access is gated by NDA and a per-tenant key.

Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day. Quotas refresh immediately to the new tier on the date of upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so we do not strip running landscapes mid-flight.

No. Annual is 12× the monthly rate. We deliberately do not run founder discounts, multi-year coupons, or negotiated SaaS theatre — this is a tool used by Big Pharma IP directors and Series-A biotech CSOs, and the price needs to be the same on both sides of the table. Volume above the Enterprise quota is negotiated directly.

You file directly from your IPZilla account in one click. EU-resident natural persons and EU-established legal entities can self-file at INPI under Art. R612-2 IPC — no mandataire required. For non-EU users without EU establishment, IPZilla prepares the full filing-ready package and a counsel-handoff flow. External counsel review is always supported and recommended, but never required by the product flow.

Your landscapes, claim drafts and CIL traces are stored in an isolated per-tenant namespace. We do not train models on your private filings or unpublished drafts — ever. The base CIL is trained on the public patent corpus only. Enterprise on-prem deployments keep all artefacts inside your VPC.

IPZilla runs on Google Cloud us-central1 (Iowa, USA) by default. Data transfers from the EEA to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework — both are valid GDPR transfer mechanisms. A signed DPA is provided on all paid plans: email legal@ipzilla.app to receive yours before onboarding client data. EU-region hosting (europe-west1, Belgium) is available on Founder and above on request at no extra cost. Enterprise clients can opt for fully air-gapped on-prem with data never leaving their VPC.
